We’re expanding our creative agency beyond B2B to B2C and advertising services, and are looking for a creative, resourceful sales and account development expert with agency experience.
This is an ideal position for an experienced, motivated and successful sales exec/account manager who is comfortable selling to VP and C-level execs, thinks strategically, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to win by enabling our client’s success.
You’ll work in a creative, exciting environment at the intersection of advertising, business communications, marketing, technology, video production, digital media, live events and the Web — in a cool office located near South Park in San Francisco’s SOMA district.
The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starting team player comfortable "selling high" and driving growth in new and existing accounts. They will posses strong sales, client service, and interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for success.
A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, at least 3 years in related creative services field and a track record of exceptional performance. We prefer someone from a creative/advertising agency environment. Knowledge and experience in video production, event marketing/production and/or digital media is extremely desirable. The majority of our clients are in the tech sector, so experience working in technology marketing is a definite plus.
The individual in this position must develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and be comfortable engaging at an executive level. They must know how to effectively target opportunities, prospect and qualify leads and build long-term relationships.
Bachelors Degree required. Graduate studies a plus.
